Willie's son, Tommy, is an incredible athlete. He is an unstoppable force on the football field, and one of the best in the country. He dominates on the field, and lives a frivolous life off of it. He drinks, parties, and sleep around whenever he can. He is on top of the world until one day he suffers a career ending/permanently paralyzing hit. This reflects his dad's political career too. They both have worked hard, rose to greatness, and then fell from grace before they realized what had hit them. Neither appreciated what they had, and as a result would lose more than they could imagine.
