Willie, in scares of impeachment charges and wanting to help, decided to build a $6,000,000 state-of-the-art hospital. Yes this was a strategic political move to gain support, but it also showed the old genuine Willie rearing his head again. Sadly the hospital reflects his career, and tells how nothing goes according to plan. He starts off on a mission of good, but by the end is torn between right and wrong. No matter how it turns out someone is going to get hurt, and there is no chance his original dream will fabricate into reality. Both Willie and the hospital fall into the hands of the corrupt.
